Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order right away. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 7-12 business days after your order has shipped. Orders ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
• Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

A confirmation email is sent when your order is placed, and tracking details follow once your order ships. You can also review your order history any time from your account.

Delivery Delays

Occasional carrier delays are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, contact us and we'll chase it down for you.

Order Changes

Because we begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible after checkout. Reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
